Group Classes
Come join us every Saturday morning for a group kettle bell class. This weekly one hour class consists of a warm up, mobility work, kettlebell skill/strength practice and a short conditioning circuit. No prior kettlebell experience necessary. This is a welcoming group of mixed ages and abilities and all movements can be modified to your fitness level - even if you are new to any type of exercise program.

Introductory Group Workshop
2 hour introductory workshop on-site for corporate groups and employee wellness programs, church groups, senior centers, neighborhood groups, or any group interested in learning what kettlebell training is all about. All equipment provided.

Personal Program Design
Perhaps you have used kettlebells on your own and would like some feedback on your form? Perhaps you feel comfortable using kettlebells and would like me to design a program for you to follow at home? I will customize a 12 week training cycle program for your individual abilities and goals (including a questionnaire and a one time in-person consultation to make sure that your form is correct and that you are capable of performing the programmed movements safely).
